Seeking 2 to 5 year Litigation and Arbitration Associate
Diaz Reus is a dynamic international law firm with its headquarters in downtown Miami, Florida. 
The firm has a high-level practice in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.  We offer the right candidate the opportunity for personal growth and experience that is difficult to obtain at a large firm. 
Diaz Reus seeks a bilingual (Spanish-English fluency required) attorney with a solid background in either international litigation, international arbitration, or complex domestic litigation.  Preferred candidates will also have solidfederal court experience. 
The candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent legal research and writing skills, must demonstrate an ability to persuasively argue complex legal issues, and have experience taking and responding to discovery, including taking and defending depositions.  Knowledge of ESI discovery platforms such as Relativity is preferred. 
Candidates must be admitted, or must at least be eligible for admission, to practice in the State of Florida.
