Shipman & Goodwin LLP is seeking a junior associate to join our corporate and transactional practice in our Hartford or Stamford office. Candidates must have two to four years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.
