The San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively searching for an Attorney with 3 to 5 years Workers Compensation experience.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Have the ability to work with minimal supervision;
Evaluate and work a caseload;
Have strong attention to client guidelines and detail with their work product;
Have excellent academic credentials;
Have solid writing and strong communication skills;
Possess California Bar membership.
 
Responsibilities will include excellent time management, attending depositions and court appearances, drafting/opposing motions, work-up of files, conducting an investigation of claims and providing advice and feedback to clients.
