BANKRUPTCY/LITIGATION PARALEGAL- DELAWARE OFFICE:
Regional law firm with multiple offices seeks a Bankruptcy/Litigation Paralegal for our Delaware Office.  Responsibility for matters in Bankruptcy and Litigation to include document retrieval, organization and review, deposition digesting, monitoring of document production and trial preparation assistance, document drafting, and case management.  Experience with chapter 11 matters strongly preferred.  Ability to file pleadings electronically in Delaware federal and state courts required.  Experience with electronic discovery is a plus.  Overtime required.
Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe plus.  College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 2 to 3 years of experience preferred.  We offer a competitive starting salary and a comprehensive benefits program.  Please email resume, which must include salary requirements, to:
