Robinson+Cole's real estate practice encompasses a spectrum of real estate transactional and related matters, representing a range of clients, including multinational corporations; institutional, public, and private lenders; retailers; state agencies; bonding authorities; schools; commercial and multifamily developers; health care institutions; hotel chains; and manufacturers.  Robinson+Cole also advises for-profit developers, nonprofit organizations, housing authorities, and redevelopment agencies on acquisition, development, management, and financing of affordable housing projects, and is a premier firm in representing lenders and other participants in complex affordable housing financing transactions.
Qualified candidates will have one to two years of experience advising property owners and developers on real estate transactional matters and representing lending institutions in connection with commercial real estate financing or affordable housing financing transactions. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac experience is a plus.  Candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Admission to the Connecticut bar is required.  Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.
