Business Transactions Associate
Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 Firm, seeks an attorney to join its Business Transactions practice group in its New York, NY, Stamford, CT, Hartford, CT or Boston, MA office. 
Robinson+Cole's Business Transactions practice group represents clients in a broad range of corporate, strategic, financial, and commercial transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital debt and equity financings; joint ventures; corporate governance; and significant commercial agreements.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents relating to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, commercial lending, and corporate finance matters  Candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Admission to the bar in which the attorney is resident is required.  Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.
