Busy legal department seeks a corporate paralegal to assist with corporate compliance and reporting matters. Candidate will assist with drafting and reviewing documents for filing requirements. Knowledge of Workiva'sWebFilingssoftware required. Initial engagement involves 5-10 hours/week and is expected to last at least 3 months.
