Associate - Labor & Employment Litigation

The Chicago office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a junior associate in its Employment, Labor & Workforce Management Practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and is an attorney who does not want to be number ten on a ten-person litigation team, who has a hunger to learn and do more, who wants to make a career of becoming a management-side employment/labor lawyer, who wants to litigate and try cases, who wants to have client contact, is client-service oriented and has the interpersonal skills to help manage client relationships, who wants to learn how to develop a book of business, who has strong writing skills, who will take ownership and bring a sense of urgency to her/his/their work, who has a strong work ethic, who treats everyone in the office with respect, and who will give 100% to getting the job done efficiently, ethically and right. While some employment and labor law experience is preferred, it is not required. We can teach you and you can learn the substantive law.
