The State Court of Fulton County is soliciting applicants for the appointment of four (4) part-time judges to handle matters for the State Court, as needed. Qualified applicants shall comply with the statutory requirements as outlined in O.C.G.A. §§ 15-10-22, 15-7-21 and 15-6-4. In particular an applicant must have attained the age of 30 years, been a citizen of the state for a period of three (3) years, a resident of Fulton County for one (1) year preceding the beginning of his or her term, and practiced law of seven (7) years.
