Land Use/Real Estate Associate

Robinson+Cole, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate to join its land use practice in the firm’s Boston office.  Qualified candidates will have between two and four years of experience with zoning and other local, state and federal permitting and public approval processes. Robinson+Cole’s real estate and development practice includes more than 30 attorneys who represent businesses, landowners, developers, institutions and government agencies in matters involving land development and transactions both locally and throughout the country.  Our strong land use team includes many attorneys and land use analysts with advanced degrees in city planning or related disciplines.  We appear regularly before local boards and agencies and we support and encourage our attorneys to be actively involved in their community and in national and regional professional and industry organizations.
Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required.  Top academic credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are also necessary.  Experience or education as a land use planner is a plus.
