IN-HOUSE:  Our busy financial services client located in Bergen County NJ seeks a temporary attorney for a great flexible assignment. This position calls for an attorney with 5-10 years of experience handling general transactional matters and contract drafting and review. A background in securities is a plus. 
Assignment is anticipated to last approximately 3 months; 30 hours per week. Work will be performed on-site AND remotely. Easy commute from NYC.
