Lateral Assistant District Attorney
The Kings County District Attorney’s Office is seeking experienced attorneys to join the Office as Assistant District Attorneys within several bureaus and units throughout the office, including the Appeals Bureau, the Civil Litigation Bureau, the Law Enforcement Accountability Bureau, the Conviction Review Unit and the Investigations Division.   
All Assistant District Attorney applicants must be able to handle a high volume of work with strict adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Applicants for these positions should have the ability to think and work independently as well as the ability to work in conjunction with other bureaus in the Office as well as with local, State and Federal law enforcement agencies. 
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
•Attorney admitted in New York
•Experience in litigating cases which involve substantive and procedural criminal law issues
•Strong writing, research and analytical skills
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work effectively under deadlines
