Our client, a Southern fast-food chain, has asked our office to assist them in finding a senior corporate counsel with 5+ years of experience to join their team.  Hired candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel and join the company during an exciting time of growth. Work runs the gamut from commercial agreement drafting and negotiation and supply chain, to IT and software licensing and employment matters. Large law firm experience is a must.
