Associate Attorney
Michael A. Miller & Associates, d/b/a The Miller Law Firm is looking for an experienced litigation attorney.
Located in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas, just north of downtown, our firm represents clients in state and federal court throughout all stages of litigation, mediation, and appeal.
We represent clients in a wide variety of civil litigation, including: Oil & Gas/Rig Pipeline, Construction/Construction Defect, Products Liability, Insurance Defense/Subrogation, Premises/General Negligence/Hospitality, Transportation & Highway Liability, and Mediation.
A successful candidate will have the ability to work proactively, independently and demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

1st – 5th year attorney
Computer proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook
Licensed to practice law in Texas

Salary commensurate with experience.
