Connell Foley has an immediate opening for a mid-level associate to assist with complex commercial, healthcare/ERISA and class action litigation matters. The associate should have three to five years of experience, preferably in the fields of commercial litigation, healthcare and/or insurance defense.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and writing skills, and should have prior deposition and/or trial experience. New Jersey and New York Bar admissions required.
