Williams Mullen is seeking an associate with two or more years of experience in corporate and business transactional matters to join our corporate team in Hampton Roads, Virginia (Norfolk and Virginia Beach). Candidates must possess experience in entity planning and structuring, M&A transactions and contract analysis.

In addition, candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a part of a team, while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters involving direct client interaction. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required.
