McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a midlevel bankruptcy and commercial litigation associate admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. 2-5 years of experience with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of creditor-side loan workouts, secured debt restructuring and consumer financial services litigation. Experience conducting discovery and arguing motions is strongly preferred. Additional bar admissions are a plus.
