Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the Reston, Virginia and Washington, DC office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice; associates with three to five years of public securities and/or capital markets experience are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will have experience (i) representing companies, investors and underwriters in public securities transactions; (ii) representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance; and (iii) managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs.
