Opportunity to work with prominent trial lawyers at the leading and prestigious New York medical malpractice defense firm, representing  hospitals,  university medical centers, physicians, nurses, dentists, oral surgeons and other health care professionals in medical and dental liability actions.   Positions are in the Manhattan and White Plains (Westchester County) office.  Candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to the NY bar and have between 1 and 3 years’ experience in medical malpractice.  Responsibilities include:  court appearances, drafting and arguing motions, attending and conducting depositions, and performing legal and medical research.  Ability to prioritize and multitask a diverse caseload and meet deadlines is critical.
