We are a fast-paced Personal Injury Firm seeking an experienced individual who is well-versed in all aspects of Litigation; especially DISCOVERY & TRIAL PREP.
 
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Personal Injury experience in the following:

Propounding & Responding to Discovery (FROGS, SROGS, RFP, RFA, etc.) 
Preparing and Filing all Court Documents (complaints, pleadings, motions, discovery, minor's compromises, etc.) 
Trial Prep (Binder Prep, Exhibits, etc)
Drafting Motions & Briefs
Calendaring

 
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of PI/Paralegal Experience 
Bilingual is a PLUS (English & Spanish) 
Proficient in Google Calendar, and all Microsoft Programs
