The Irvine office seeks a Securities Litigation & Corporate Governance associate with a minimum of 3 years experience for our Irvine office. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a growing and thriving office are required. Ideal candidate should have experience defending securities class and derivative actions, and have a working knowledge of corporate governance. Order of the Coif, Law Review or Clerkship experience a plus.
