The Austin office of DLA Piper is seeking to hire a staff attorney for its Technology, Sourcing and Commercial practice group to draft and review basic technology agreements (including terms of use, non-disclosure, subscription, software license, consulting and reseller agreements), review due diligence materials and research intellectual property issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in contract drafting and intellectual property transactions. Additional requirements include a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school, membership with the Texas State Bar, and immediate transferrable skills.
