Connell Foley has an immediate opening for an experienced Environmental Law associate with two to four years of experience across all state and federal environmental-related matters.

Qualified candidates should have experience in matters involving the New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act, ECRA/ISRA, SRRA, CERCLA, RCRA, and land use/permitting regulations including the Coastal Development Act.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, research capabilities and writing skills. Work experience and references are required.
New Jersey Bar admission required. New York Bar admission desired.
