PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION TRIAL ATTORNEY - Broward personal injury law firm is seeking a highly motivated litigation trial attorney with 5+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience. Responsibilities will include the handling of 75+ personal injury litigation files from the filing of the lawsuit through trial and/or settlement.  Candidate must have strong organization, communication and negotiation skills, exercise good judgment, be able to work effectively with a large case load and work well in a team environment. 
 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 
   * Juris Doctorate and in good standing with the Florida Bar
 
  * Must have 5 years of personal injury litigation experience 
 
  * Must have strong organizational skills 
 
  * Trial experience and working knowledge of Rules of Evidence required; 
 
  * Experience practicing in Federal Court preferred; 
 
   * Spanish a PLUS but not required
