Ideal candidates must have solid knowledge of employment law including counseling and litigation. Familiarity with NY State and Federal rules of civil procedure required.Experience with wage and hour laws a plus.  Candidates must have exceptional personal interaction skills, excellent academic credentials, communication skills, strong writing and research abilities and a commitment to superior client service.
