Busy, established Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law firm seeks a litigation associate with at least 1-5 years experience on the job as an Attorney or as a legal intern / Paralegal.  Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational, researching, writing skills, and be familiar with Connecticut Motion Practice.  Practice areas include, but are not limited to, Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation.  The firm’s practice is statewide, however, the majority of cases are before the Milford, Waterbury, Bridgeport, and New Haven Superior Courts and Workers' Compensation Districts.  The candidate will enjoy direct relationships with existing clients and will cultivate relationships both in the bar and in the community in an effort to develop new clients for the firm.
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. 
Additional Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited law school and licensed to practice in Connecticut
Minimum 1-5 years of litigation experience
A great work ethic
Excellent organizational, researching, and writing skills
An ability to work collaboratively with support staff
Familiarity and proficiency with computer technologies used by trial lawyers
