Capehart Scatchard (Mt. Laurel, NJ) is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of 2 years of personal injury litigation experience in PA & NJ.  UM/UIM litigation experience is a plus. Must be experienced in taking depositions, handling discovery, retaining experts, summarizing medical records, and enjoy handling cases from inception to trial. PA & NJ bars required.
