Duane Morris LLP seeks a junior level construction associate to join its growing practice in Chicago.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of construction litigation experience with an understanding/background in breach of contract, bonding, risk mitigation, and lien law issues.  Experience in drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects a plus.  Stellar academics and superior writing skills along with IL bar admission are required.
