Real Estate Developer in northern New Jersey seeks Real Estate-Transactional Attorney for in-house legal department. Applicant should have 3-5 years' experience in (i) commercial financing, including CMBS transactions, (ii) real property sales and acquisitions, and (iii) leasing of commercial properties. Experience must include review and drafting of loan documentation, purchase and sale contracts and related agreements, and lease agreements. Experience with 1031 transactions a plus.
