Our client, a privately held logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking to hire a Senior Counsel for their growing operations.   The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience with commercial agreements and general corporate matters.  The hired attorney will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements (such as credit, acquisition and sales agreements), and support and provide guidance regarding contractual and commercial agreements and related matters.  The attorney will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer of the company.   Our client is looking for candidates who are problem solvers, support-oriented, strategic, self-sufficient, and proactive.  Must be a proven team player with strong communication skills.  Previous law firm experience or background in another company is a plus.
