Miles & Stockbridge P.C. is seeking a lawyer with 10-20 years of legal experience (preferably in private practice) in the following areas relating to U.S. government contracts:

1) Emphasis on litigation, including bid protests, disputes, and claims;
2) Procurement fraud investigations and related litigation;
3) General counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues, including government contract formation, compliance, cost accounting, intellectual property and subcontracting.

The ideal candidate must be capable of interacting with company executives in key industries, such as manufacturing, information technology, professional services, and life sciences. Must possess strong client and business development skills.
