Associate with 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation and broker-dealer experience. Experience handling broker-dealer arbitrations and litigation and litigating fraud cases is required. Experience with pre-arbitration hearing and trial discovery, investigations, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions and examining witnesses, as well as excellent academics, research, writing, and analytical skills are also required. Experience handling the investigation and litigation of automobile insurance claims is preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
