The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience with a wide range of corporate matters including private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance. Experience with cannabis or fund formation regulatory work a plus. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington.
