Your Role in the firm:
 

working on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions transactions and experience in devising and negotiating different transaction structures (private and public company M&A, joint ventures, reorganizations)
working on corporate governance and general corporate matters
private and public securities offerings, ’33 and ’34 Act experience, ‘40 Act reporting compliance and fund formation a plus.
drafting and negotiations skills.

Supporting senior attorneys.
Working within a team environment and independently.
Strong client interaction.

 
Background Profile:

Excellent academic credentials, drafting and negotiations skills
A desire for team-work, with significant responsibility and client interaction.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years corporate transactional experience.
New York State bar in good standing
