Immigration Paralegal

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-4 years experience in employment-based immigration matters, including experience with nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E, O-1 and others) and permanent resident processes (including PERM, I-140 and Adjustment of Status). Candidates must have strong writing skills with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office a must. Experience with an immigration tracking system is a desired, LawLogix preferred.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited to:

Assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation
Drafting petition forms and support letters
Under attorney supervision, corresponding with clients and government officials
Managing document collection, deadlines, and case tracking
