Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the New York office for an associate in the Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of general real estate and transactional law experience.  Experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing required, air rights transactions a plus. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York.  Large law firm experience preferred.
