Shipman & Goodwin LLP is seeking an associate to join our Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice in our Hartford or Stamford office. Candidates should have one to four years of experience in bankruptcy or commercial litigation with an interest in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights work. Candidates must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with a client service mindset and strong case management skills. Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Prior clerkship experience is preferred, but not required.
