Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Morristown, NJ office for a non-partnership track associate Immigration Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of employment based immigration experience. Must have experience preparing and filing a full range of employment-based applications (H, L, E, O, P, EB-1 and EB-2 + EB-3 PERM labor certifications), independently conducting research, analyzing legal resources (including utilizing hard copy and computer based research materials), preparing applications under short, strict deadlines, communicating with clients, and maintaining document files and case docketing.  Must be a team player, detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication (oral/written), organizational and computer skills as well have a keen ability to analyze documents/facts and spot legal issues.  This is a full time position but affords a more predictable work schedule than a traditional associate position.  Must be licensed to practice in the State of in New Jersey.
