Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in our Chester County (Exton), PA office for an estate planning associate in our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with estate planning and estate administration, including drafting sophisticated estate planning documents, and also experience with nonprofit organizations. Preparation of PA inheritance and Federal Estate Tax Returns and experience with business succession planning, corporate documentation, and general tax knowledge preferred. Large law firm experience preferred. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. LLM or CPA certification preferred, but not required.
