Faegre Baker Daniels LLP has an opening in the Exempt Organizations practice of its Minneapolis office for a lawyer with three or more years of relevant experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience in private practice advising nonprofit organizations on the tax, corporate, and charitable trust issues that are unique to tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations. We will also consider applications from attorneys with a demonstrated interest in advising nonprofit organizations and who have experience in corporate or tax law, including corporate and partnership tax, employee benefits, or trusts and estates. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and organizational skills, and professional recommendations.
