Faegre Baker Daniels is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. Our IP practice includes all areas of intellectual property law for a national and international client base. Successful candidates must have 2+ years experience in patent preparation and prosecution including preparing draft patent applications. Admission before the USPTO is required, and experience with radio frequency communication is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
