We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time patent litigation attorney with at least three (3) years of patent litigation experience for a Staff Attorney role for our Bay Area (San Francisco or Silicon Valley) offices. The Staff Attorney will primarily conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts. This is a non-partnership track position. Candidates must have an electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science degree (or an equivalent degree), or equivalent work experience. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must. Candidates must be admitted to active practice and in good standing in California.
