We are seeking a mid-level Corporate/Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate to join our Silicon Valley or Santa Monica office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions and related securities law issues, and should have significant deal experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must.
