We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate with three to five years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on life sciences company representation, as well as other relevant transactional experience. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. A life sciences degree (undergraduate and/or graduate) would be useful, but not essential. CA/WA bar preferred.
