We are seeking an attorney with six (6) or more years of experience advising public companies with respect to Exchange Act compliance, Regulation FD and other disclosure matters, corporate governance matters, Nasdaq/NYSE compliance and other day-to-day issues that arise for public companies. This attorney can be located in any of our Seattle, Bay Area, or Santa Monica offices, and out of state and in-house candidates are welcome to apply. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.
