Insurance Defense Litigation Associate
Post & Post LLC, a growing, suburban, litigation law firm near Chesterbrook is seeking a full time, enthusiastic, hard working Associate with 3-5+ years of experience.  This mid-level position requires some specific insurance defense experience.  It also requires the candidate to have a PA and NJ bar license.  Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury/Health Law experience a plus.  Qualified person will work with a busy team from pre-trial through the trial process. Candidate must be familiar with the civil litigation process and have excellent research & writing skills. Firm offers an excellent compensation, benefits, retirement and personnel package. Employees are eligible for an end of the year performance bonus.  This would be prorated for the first year based on the length of service with the firm.
