We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with substantive industry experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science to join our busy Patent Counseling, Prosecution and Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and knowledge over a wide range of disciplines and technologies within the area of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.

Duties include but are not limited to: Preparing and assisting with Patent Office litigation, including inter partes review, post grant review and covered business method review; analyzing patent and scientific papers and documents to assist on patent validity analysis; and analyzing patent infringement positions and assisting with related court filings. Must have superb technical, written and verbal communication skills in English. Broad scientific knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science is required. Individual must possess initiative, be a fast learner and work well with others. Must be registered with the USPTO.
