Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the Palo Alto office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice; associates with four to six years of strong public company and capital markets experience are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will be seasoned public company, capital markets and general securities practitioners. Deep experience counseling public companies on disclosure, corporate governance matters and SEC/SRO reporting and compliance, as well as with leading/managing capital markets transactions, strongly preferred. Candidates will also have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
