We are seeking an Associate with 2-4 years’ experience to work in our Environmental and Energy Practice Group.  The successful candidate will work collaboratively on a wide variety of administrative matters before the Maryland Department of the Environment, U.S. EPA, and Maryland Public Service Commission, including brownfields, environmental enforcement and compliance, licensing, and power generation facility permitting, with occasional litigation anticipated.  Candidate must have strong research and writing skills, be able to interact effectively with regulators and clients, and have the potential to generate business.   Relevant experience is preferred.
