Candidates are required to have a minimum of 4 -6 years with extensive trademark experience, including trademark clearance (US and foreign), and prosecution (US and foreign). Enforcement and litigation experience is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, and excellent research, writing and oral communication skills.
